These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Cetus Protocol decentralized finance platform, including all related services, features, content, and applications (collectively, the "Platform"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Platform. By accessing or using Cetus Protocol, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

5. User Responsibilities

  • Wallet Security: You are solely responsible for safeguarding your private keys, wallet credentials, and recovery phrases. Cetus Protocol will never request this information.
  • Transaction Verification: You are responsible for verifying all transaction details before confirming swaps or trades. Cetus Protocol cannot reverse or modify transactions executed via smart contracts.
  • Compliance: You agree not to use the Platform for unlawful purposes, including money laundering, terrorist financing, or any activity prohibited by applicable law.
  • Accuracy of Information: You warrant that all information provided to Cetus Protocol is accurate and up to date.

6. Prohibited Activities

When using Cetus Protocol, you agree not to:

  • Engage in any activity that would violate applicable laws or regulations.
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the Platform or its smart contracts.
  • Use automated systems or bots to interact with the Platform in a manner that could disrupt its normal operation.
  • Transmit viruses, malware, or any malicious code.

7. Fees and Payments

Cetus Protocol may charge fees for certain transactions, such as swaps or trades. All applicable fees will be transparently disclosed prior to transaction execution. You acknowledge that you are responsible for all blockchain network fees (e.g., gas fees) associated with your transactions.

8. Intellectual Property

The content, trademarks, logos, and software underlying Cetus Protocol and cetus-ptorocol.gr.com are the property of Cetus Protocol or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Platform without prior written consent.

9. Third-Party Services and Content

Cetus Protocol does not control or endorse any third-party services and is not responsible for their content, security, or privacy practices. Accessing third-party services is at your own risk.

10. No Warranty

11. Limitation of Liability

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cetus Protocol operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Cetus Protocol regarding your use of cetus-ptorocol.gr.com and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
